1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameStore ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

GameStore provides a platform for purchasing in-game currencies, items, and top-ups for various mobile and online games. Our services include:

Game currency top-ups (diamonds, UC, crystals, etc.)
Game gift cards and vouchers
In-game item purchases
Subscription and battle pass purchases

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Ensuring your contact information is up to date

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through GameStore are subject to the following conditions:

Prices are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) unless otherwise stated
All sales are final once the top-up has been delivered to your game account
You must provide accurate Game ID and server information
Payment must be completed before order processing begins
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

5. Delivery

We strive to deliver all top-ups as quickly as possible:

Most orders are delivered within 1-30 minutes
Delivery times may vary during peak hours or server maintenance
We are not responsible for delays caused by game server issues
Incorrect Game ID submissions may result in delivery to wrong accounts

6. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations. In general, refunds are only available for orders that have not been processed or delivered.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Service
Using automated systems to access the Service
Reselling or redistributing purchased items without authorization
Providing false or misleading information
Engaging in fraudulent payment activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GameStore, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of GameStore or its licensors. Game names, logos, and currencies are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an authorized reseller and are not affiliated with game publishers unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

GameStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar.
